Canadian Blood Services (CBS) and Trillium Gift of Life Network (TGLN) are pleased to announce the Deceased Organ Donation Symposium, which will take place on October 26, 2015 in Toronto, as part of the Critical Care Canada Forum (CCCF). The program will review current clinical practices and advances in the science of organ donation medicine, including fundamentals, emerging topics and evolving research.

The Deceased Organ Donation Symposium is designed for the growing number of physicians in Canada who have an enhanced focus on organ donation. Other physicians and health care professionals who want to advance their knowledge and clinical expertise in the area of deceased organ donation are welcome to attend. The program will review current clinical practices and advances in the science of organ donation medicine, including fundamentals, emerging topics and evolving research. The seminars also provide a unique opportunity to meet Canadian and international critical care experts in the field and donation physician colleagues from across the country.
