New Fast Facts on Public Solicitation for Solid Organs and Hematopoietic Stem Cells from Living Dono
The CNTRP Core 1 and Project 2 teams recently published a new Fast Facts on Public Solicitation.
The aim of this document is to briefly explain the social, ethical and legal issues in soliciting the general public to find a willing living donor. This document explains common forms of public solicitations for solid organs and hematopoietic stem cells, the relevant laws and regulations, the risks and potential exploitations and the pros and cons of public solicitation.
