CNTRP Annual Scientific Meeting STARTS TOMORROW in Quebec City with the CST and SQT - October 13-16,
We are very excited to see everyone tomorrow in Quebec City for the 3rd Annual CNTRP Scientific Meeting in partnership with the Canadian Society of Transplantation (CST) and the Quebec Society of Transplantation (SQT). This meeting is an important opportunity to showcase our CNTRP research discoveries and strengthen our collaborations across the transplant and donation communities.
The CNTRP full day research meeting with take place on October 13 from 8am to 3:30pm for all our members, partners and trainees (including project & core meetings, research discussions to advance new and ongoing studies and committee meetings). The CNTRP will deliver joint scientific sessions throughout the entire CST-SQT-CNTRP conference, which takes place from October 13-16, 2016. We are very grateful that Dr. Donna Wall and Dr. Mélanie Dieudé are Co-Chairing our CNTRP annual meeting and will be working to plan our CNTRP research meeting and integration with the CST & SQT.
A reminder that you must register for the CNTRP Research Meeting (Oct.13) by either:
Checking the 'yes' box next to "Will you be attending the CNTRP Research Meeting on Thursday, Oct. 13?" during registration for the Joint Scientific Meeting
If you are ONLY planning to attend the CNTRP Research Meeting and not the CST Joint Scientific Meeting, register to attend by emailing: maiers[at]ualberta[dot]ca
The deadline for registration by either method is October 3, 2016
A reminder that the CNTRP will cover your accommodation at the Hilton Quebec for the night of Wednesday October 12, to enable you to attend the CNTRP Research meeting the next day, starting at 8am. If you haven't done so yet, please book your room for the entire time you plan to stay (including Oct.12). At this time, it is best to book by calling the hotel: 418-647-2411, as the website doesn't show available nights for Oct.12 in the Block. You MUST book by September 18, 2016 to receive the discounted rate and in order to have the 'Parliament view' cost for the night of October 12 covered by the CNTRP.
