Gender balance and equity across the CNTRP - proud to promote and support women in science

From the start, the CNTRP created a research environment fostering gender equity in its structure, ensuring leadership and funding opportunities for both male and female researchers and trainees. By the numbers, the CNTRP continues to represent a nearly 1:1 ratio of female:male researchers, leads/co-leads and trainees.

The CNTRP strives to improve gender and equity balance across the clinical and biomedical landscape of donation and transplantation research and we are currently evaluating the gender and equity balance in our publications and funding distribution and are looking to understand the impact on our trans-disciplinary model on promoting equity and gender balance in scientific research.
