Please join us in congratulating the winners of the CNTRP Best Poster Awards from the 4th Annual CNTRP Scientific Meeting in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, last week.
All the posters were excellent, and our trainees successfully faced up to three visits to their poster from judging panels, and were put through their paces explaining their research and its significance (either short term or long term) to patients.
This year, in addition to a scientific judging panel, we also launched a new award with Core 4 - the Patient Partner Award for Most Understandable Poster, judged by CNTRP patient partners. Our thanks to Sylvain Bedard, our CNTRP Patient Partner Co-Lead, for organizing the patient partner award and coordinating the judging.
and the winners are...
CNTRP Best Poster, Master's Student - Janet Zhou
CNTRP Best Poster, PhD Student - Peter Urbanellis, Alissa Rutman
CNTRP Best Poster, Post Doctoral Fellow - Esme Dijke and Francis Mignault (tie)
CNTRP Patient Partner Award for Most Understandable Poster - Peter Urbanellis
Many thanks to all our trainees for participating in our poster session and sharing their excellent research with the CNTRP community.
