EXTENDED - CALL FOR ABSTRACTS for the Canadian Transplant Summit in Banff - due on June 3


We are encouraging all CDTRP Investigators, Trainees and Partners from donation, solid organ transplant and hematopoietic cell transplant to submit their abstracts for the upcoming Canadian Transplant Summit - due May 20. This is an important opportunity to showcase the research and discoveries arising from our national research program that will impact outcomes for donor families and transplant recipients across Canada.

The CDTRP is partnering with we are partnering with Canadian Blood Services and the Canadian Society of Transplantation to host the Canadian Transplant Summit in Banff, AB from Oct 15-29, 2019 at the Banff Centre. The CDTRP 6th Annual Meeting is also taking place during the Canadian Transplant Summit, on the afternoon of Tuesday Oct 15 and the morning of Wednesday Oct 16.

A rich, collaborative program is expected to be delivered by international and Canadian experts in the field, dedicated to expanding the delegates’ knowledge of clinical and basic science, while finding solutions and building innovative approaches to common issues found in donation and transplantation in Canada today. By bringing our three groups together to define a common understanding of the barriers and challenges facing our patients, we can begin to identify and execute the tremendous opportunities that will transform our approaches to donation and transplantation in Canada.
