We invite all CNTRP members to join us for the "DCD Heart Donation and Transplant Mini-Symposium: Resuscitating the Hearth after Death", taking place in Toronto on October 3 & 4, 2017. This mini-symposium is co-organized by Critical Care Canada, the Trillium Gift of Life Network, Canadian Blood Services, and the Canadian National Transplant Research Program (CNTRP). The purpose of the symposium is to explore current issues in deceased donation in Canada and in particular to discuss the challenges with implementing a DCD heart donation practice in Canada.
