The objective of the CDTRP Research Innovation Grant competition is to support peer-reviewed pilot research project(s) that align with CDTRP’s One-Transplant-For-Life vision, which is to fulfill every donor opportunity and turn transplant into a cure.

CST CNTRP  Basic Science Transplant Research Grant Competition  - 2018

Application Deadline: May 21st, 2018 - COMPETITION CLOSED

The Canadian Society of Transplantation (CST) and the Canadian National Transplant Research Program (CNTRP) are partnering on the 2018  Basic Science Transplant Research Grant Competition. The CST and CNTRP are providing up to $100,000 to support impactful peer-reviewed basic science research projects related to solid organ transplantation.

In partnership with the Transplant Research Foundation of BC, Astellas Canada, the Alberta Transplant Institute and the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, the CNTRP is pleased to accept applications for the 2016 National Child Health Transplant Team Grant Competition.

Emerging Research Leaders Initiative 2016

 
The CNTRP, through direct funding support from the CIHR Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health, is partnering on the current Emerging Research Leaders Initiative 2016 to support the successful early career launch of new investigators who are researching how to increase organ donation and access to heart transplantation in Canada and/or enhance the survival and quality of life of Canadians living with heart transplants.
